Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times generally vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 2pm are prepared the same day. You will receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery times for your order.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery zone. The exact amount will be displayed before order validation, with no surprises.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery in real time via the Fretolia platform.
Packaging
We use eco-friendly packaging to protect your products during transport. Each jar is carefully wrapped with recycled and recyclable materials, ensuring both the safety of your products and respect for the environment.
